I know, I know, Thanksgiving was just yesterday so it is a little odd to still be thinking about food. Well, I love Thanksgiving's traditional foods, but I like to keep them healthy. There are so many ways to make those traditional Thanksgiving foods super-healthy and yet they are still comfort foods. So, after Thanksgiving, instead of feeling like I overdid it, I am left feeling like business as usual, which means I am moving on to more healthy, delicious recipes. Like these...
