With the chillier, wet weather the past couple of days, I am craving warm, hearty, healthy food {my comfort food}. I need to make this Beet Bourguignon as soon as possible; and the yogurt parfaits look way too good.

Not sure if I will get much riding in this weekend, since the weather is threatening to be uncooperative! If it continues to be chilly and wet, I will opt for running instead. Tomorrow, on Saturday, I am co-hosting a bridal shower for my good friend and bride-to-be ... so much fun! Allyson's wedding is in Mexico at the end of this month ... remember I was looking for a dress for her wedding? Well, I choose one - watch for the reveal on Tuesday of which dress I choose.
