recipe for the weekend & checking in & PRADA on Rue La La

I am planning on making these Fish Tacos with Summer Salsa this weekend - probably on Sunday. Not only did I have a busy week after returning from Mexico on Monday (a little sparse on the blog posts this week, eh?), but our weekend is quite busy too! I have a training ride tomorrow (from Haviland to Coal Bank Pass) then a baby shower and then a Derby party! On Sunday, I have another training ride and a friend's birthday BBQ for lunch. I am hoping to get these fish tacos in there for Sunday's dinner.
