thank you notes for asher

I am so excited to eventually share Asher's (my nephew) first birthday invitations (I shared this sneak peek on Instagram a while back). They are at the photographer (aka my sister) getting photographed so that I can share them, along with several other recent projects I have worked on.

Asher's first birthday party has come and gone (both of them - one in Phoenix and one in Denver) and so we are on to thank you notes. I am putting the cart before the horse by sharing the thank you notes I did for my sister.

Jonna had me do two versions ... with such adorable photos, can you blame her? They are just simple text overlays on the photos, but the typefaces match the birthday invitation (as you will eventually see).

We had these printed up on luxurious 19pt cotton rag paper, which has a very soft feel. The top thank you note will be paired with red envelopes and the bottom thank you will be paired with blue envelopes.

Thank you notes like this are a great alternative to store-bought ones and because the custom design is minimal (it is just text on a photo), they are NOT expensive. They can be printed up as postcards, flat cards, or folded cards. A custom note can be written or they can be sent as-is.
