chocolate cashew smoothie
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4-1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 pitted date (soak to soften if the date it hard)
- 1 scoop Tera's Whey Organic Dark Chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder (not to be confused with cocoa powder!)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (I prefer Kolat Blueberry Cinnamon Walnut Almond butter)
- 1/2 banana
- 4-6 ice cubes
Blend in your Vitamix or other high powered blender and enjoy! This makes one large glass or two half glasses (share the yum!).
