trust your guts

I am really digging Ascot + Hart's TRUST YOUR GUTS tee. I actually have several of them I like them so much. I like the design, as well as I like the cut and the fit; but most of all I like the message. It is a message of confidence and a reminder to trust oneself, which I think is very important. It can be really difficult to trust yourself, and there is so much noise out there that can lead us to doubt ourselves ... doubt our smarts, doubt our looks, doubt our hearts, doubt our passions, doubt our convictions, doubt our decisions, etc. I think it is about time we trust our guts. As Ascot + Hart say, always trust your guts.

And, getting back to my whole gray wardrobe theme, this outfit includes some of my favorites that just happen to be gray. The Current/Elliot Heathered Fleece Hoodie (this American Apparel one is sweet, too) is my comfortable, classic hoodie of choice. The ANINE BING Double Zip Skinny Jeans are my favorite jean; I seriously love these jeans. And, my new Onitsuka Tiger by Asics OC Runner™ sneaks came at the end of last week and they are awesome.

Sum total: a comfy, casual, cool outfit. And a reminder to trust yourself and your guts.
